Test was built on a simple idea: cook a few things properly, serve them generously and give people a room worth staying in. The kitchen works from a short menu, so everything on the plate has been thought about, tasted and cooked that same day.

Whether it is a first visit or a standing order, the welcome is the same: unhurried, warm and very much about the table in front of you.
